This book was very funny and resonated deeply with me. It was very well written.
I didn’t have any dislikes. This book was too perfect.
Nerve tells the story of a girl named Vee who chooses to be a player in a dangerous game of dares and money. The game takes a twisted turn when her and five other players are directed to a secret location for loads of prizes. Suddenly they’re playing for everything or nothing, with their lives on the line.
It was very interesting and that was partly why I enjoyed it. Also, I loved the intensity of the middle section of the book. It was extremely entertaining.
I’m sorry but the movie does sound a lot better. (I haven’t watched it so I can’t say anything). Also, if it was meant to be a single book why wasn’t the ending more closed in. I didn’t really like the ending.

The Mysterious Benedict Society series tells the stories of four gifted children; Kate, Reynie, Sticky and Constance. They all respond to an add directed in the newspaper to kids only. They all feel like they have a shot and take a series of mind bending tests. They go on a secret mission to the Learning Institute for the Very Enlightened. There their friendship grows stronger and they take on challenges and learn to cheat along the way.
The Mysterious Benedict Society series is EXCELLENT!!!!!!! It draws you in and doesn’t let you go till you’ve bought all the books and read them thoroughly. The plots are really good and twist and turn leaving you wondering what’s next. The characters are relatable and really funny. I remember doing this as a book review in year six and having everyone wanting to read them by the end of my presentation!!! That’s how GOOD they are (not my public speaking).
The middle of the second book was a bit slow but apart from that there were NO faults.
This AWESOME book series is about a group of kids and their guardians that land on earth fleeing their war torn planet Lorien. They all have supernatural powers e.g healing, teleportation, glowing in the dark. Their enemy the mogadorians (enemy aliens) come to earth to try and track them down and kill them. ONLY they have to do it in order. Number one was killed, so was two and three. The book is seen through number four and later books are seen through many perspectives.
I REALLY like sci-fi books so this was a winner for me. No I don’t believe in supernatural things but having them in a book that brings them to life was amazing. Pittacus Lore is a great author and his book series are extremely detailed.
